Customers drink coffee but don't know that the the modern way to cultivate coffee has a bad influence on the environment. The objective of Sustainable Folgers is to change Folgers' brand identity from a cheap coffee brand to be a sustainable coffee one by only purchasing and selling eco-friendly coffee, and to educate customers to the importance of coffee sustainability.
