Affecting close to 2 million children in the U.S. alone, abuse has become an epidemic. Recognizing that these statistics only represent investigated cases, bringing awareness to this issue is more important than ever. SPAA goes beyond bringing awareness to the tragedy of child abuse and helps children worldwide be freed from physical and sexual abuse or neglect. Starting on a local scale, SPAA has the potential to be fully implemented on a global scale. Communities need individuals to grow and as a result have the ability to be built anywhere around the world. Anywhere that individuals suffer from the tragedy of abuse.

Knowing that abuse is an ongoing issue, SPAA enables individuals to become a part of a larger network. Utilizing café environments, SPAA offers a safe and protected space that encourages dialogue. Using nontraditional marketing methods individuals are directed to visit www.myspaa.org and become a part of SPAA.
